Over the past few months, the El Vaquero bar (Witch’s Rock’s local watering hole) has undergone some mega transformations to the menu, setting, and event schedule alike.<\/p>\n

The new El Vaquero Beachfront Brewpub<\/a> now has it’s own menu featuring\u00a0cuisine such as pulled pork sandwiches, savory jalape\u00f1o poppers, cowboy steaks, BBQ ribs, and gourmet burgers to name a few. Don\u2019t worry, our famous nachos will still be available upon request.<\/p>\n

We have recently added extensive open-air seating with scenic views, making El Vaquero the perfect destination for groups of all sizes.\u00a0With the addition of our new 6-tap kegerator, guests can enjoy plenty of our craft beers from Volcano Brewing Company<\/a>\u00a0located right next door!<\/p>\n

The newly remodeled El Vaquero Beachfront Brewpub might just be the best place to relax in Playa Tamarindo. So take out the family or friends, have an ice-cold micro beer, and enjoy an amazing meal in our beach front restaurant. \nTime: 4pm – Sunset<\/strong>
\nCornhole Tournament. Come out and play this favorite backyard game on our WRSC custom cornhole boards. Entry is $5 for a chance to win a $50 tab to either one of our fine restaurants. All ages welcome!<\/p>\n

Day: Saturday
\nTime: 5pm – 8pm
\n<\/strong>Rock out with local band Glasseye, enjoy the sunset, and relax with the family next to our beach bonfire to kick off your Saturday night. Glasseye plays a healthy mix of reggae covers and original songs to keep the party going. Definitely a weekly Vaquero highlight.<\/p>\n

Day: Sunday<\/strong>
\nTime: 5 p.m – 7pm<\/strong>
\nWind down your weekend with easy listening by the Hot Mangos. This local duo features 2 of the most talented musicians in the area playing classic favorites with a funky twist. The perfect way to end the week.<\/p>\n
