Tamarindo has a history of taking Halloween seriously, and this year was no exception. Witch’s Rock Surf Camp was happy to help support ADI Tamarindo (Tamarindo’s community group) by helping to organize a great weekend event of trick or treat, parties, dinners, and concerts. And since the organizers also needed SURFING, we of course had to help out by hosting the official Surf and Costume contest and beach cleanup in memory of Tamarindo local surfer Ellen Zoe Golden.<\/p>
